| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 10＋ years of hands－on experience in accounting and finance at operating companies－ Fluent in Japanese; strong English skills for business use － Monthly, semiannual and annual closing operations － Tax return operations － Preparation of the consolidated financial statements － Response to Financial Institutions, Auditing Firms, Investors, etc. － Strong understanding of Japanese and international accounting standards － Capable of leading budgeting and long－term planning － Improvement of operations － Statutory and Management accounting － Cost Analysis and Proposals for Cost Reduction － Cash management and loan management 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Work process transformation experience－ Experience in introducing and integrating accounting systems － Experience in integrated financial systems － CPA or corresponding accounting expertise － Certified public accountants or tax accountants － Experiences both in auditing and business firm |
