About Todoker, Inc. We are a company that develops services aimed at logistics DX, starting with products focused on the DX of general affairs operations. Currently, we provide a parcel and mail management SaaS solution that aims to eliminate the inconvenience and labor involved in office package management, thereby streamlining general affairs work. Our mission is to "Connect people and things," and our vision is to achieve efficiency in the logistics domain, starting from the management of physical items in the office. Our current service is a parcel management SaaS that improves the accessibility of information on items managed by general affairs within the company, rectifies inefficiencies in general affairs operations, and pursues a new form of the office. Following successful fundraising, we are expanding our SaaS product portfolio with the aim of entering the B2B logistics sector, including logistics surrounding office environments. Job Summary Experience the phase of rapid company and organizational growth, multiplying by two or three times. Work closely with the management team and have the opportunity to gain experience in a position close to management, depending on your initiative. Be involved from the planning stage of our proprietary products and broadly challenge yourself in other functional areas. Responsibilities You will drive the growth of our B2B business by formulating and executing the marketing strategy for "Todokeeru." Embodying our brand image, you will build and operate a lead generation mechanism that encompasses the entire sales process, and spearhead the establishment of the marketing team. A Day in the Life You will be responsible for launching and managing the marketing team while promoting all strategic activities aimed at lead generation. ● Marketing Strategy Formulation, Execution, and Budget Management ・Enhance Market/Customer Understanding: Deepen customer understanding based on market research and industry analysis related to the product. ・Channel Strategy: Identify the most effective lead generation channels and formulate/execute the marketing strategy, including budget allocation. ・Performance Measurement: Measure the effectiveness of each marketing initiative and drive the PDCA cycle. ● Lead Generation Funnel Optimization ・Funnel Understanding and Planning/Execution: Deeply understand the funnels effective for lead acquisition and nurturing, and plan/execute initiatives. ・Promotion: Discuss strategies with advertising agencies, plan web promotions, and conduct media planning. ・Data Analysis: Analyze customer, repeat customer, and log data, etc., to improve marketing measures. ・Brand Management: Be responsible for the product's brand marketing management. ・Website Oversight: Oversee website operations and improve UX and CVR. ● Planning and Execution of Key Channels (PR, Exhibitions, Owned Media, Webinars) ・Play a central role in the channel activities prioritized by our company: ・PR/Media Exposure: Collaborate with the Designer/PR lead to select media outlets and discuss approach methods. Regularly plan press releases to disseminate business progress to the media. ・Owned Media: Oversee owned media operation and continuously improve PV/CV numbers. ・Webinars: Consistently manage regular webinars from planning to promotion and execution. ・Exhibitions: Coordinate with the sales team to plan and implement measures that maximize the marketing effectiveness of exhibited trade shows. ● Marketing Team Launch and Management ・Organizational Building: Promote the restructuring and strengthening of the marketing organization. ・Team Management: Manage budget, personnel, and be responsible for the recruitment and development of team members. |

Compensation ● To be determined based on experience, skills, and previous salary, in accordance with our company regulations. ● The above amount includes a deemed overtime allowance for 40 hours per month. | 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ● B2B Marketing Experience: 3+ years of practical B2B marketing experience in an IT company.● Specialized Skills (Experience in any of the following): ● Experience conducting B2B webinars as the lead. ● Experience managing online advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads, etc.). ● Experience with B2B email marketing (using tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.). ● Leadership: Experience in leadership toward formulating and executing the company's overall technology strategy and vision. ● High communication skills to smoothly collaborate with related departments such as Sales and Customer Success. 【歓迎(WANT)】 ● Experience in two or more of the "Required" specialized skills listed above.● Team Management Experience: Experience in launching or managing a marketing team. 【Our Ideal Candidate】 ● Individuals who resonate with Todoker's Mission, Vision, and Culture. ● Individuals who can flexibly handle communication using both Japanese and English, or who are eager to do so. |
