− Monitor legislative developments and provide strategic tax advice on international corporate income tax, cross－border, and local transactions, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external advisors. − Work with cross－functional teams to ensure tax considerations are integrated into new business decisions, market expansions, product launches, and operational restructurings. − Conduct in－depth technical analysis, decision－making, and problem－solving on complex tax matters. − Investigate and respond to internal and external information requests, providing practical solutions aligned with the company’s strategy and vision. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 − 10＋ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field, with exposure to corporate, public accounting, or major law firm environments.− Business－level proficiency in both Japanese and English, with experience collaborating effectively across cross－functional teams and all organizational levels. − Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, regulations, and standards. − Experience in tax modeling using Excel or similar tools. − Preferred: Certified Tax Accountant （Zeirishi） and basic understanding of AI tools. |
