＜コンサルタントの声＞ ■広範囲ビジネスでの安定就業 自動車業界の他、家電や工具、医療機器などへ向けた技術提供も行うグローバルなBtoB企業です。一つの産業が落ち込んでも他分野にてカバーができるなど、安定した就業に向いたビジネスモデルです。 ■増員中の企業 近年は日本オフィスも増員に向けた動きを取っているため、撤退や人員削減等の不安は少なく、前向きな変化の起きる環境で就業頂けます。 ■長期就業者の多い環境 経理財務は本ポジションを含む2名体制となり、部下のスタッフ1名、および本ポジションの前任者も10年以上と長く勤務していました。長期就業者が複数いる実績のあるチームで、安心感を持ってご入社頂けます。 ■定年65歳 国内ではまだ珍しく65歳定年を設けている企業ですので、年収が下がらないまま長期的なキャリアを築くことが可能です。 【業務内容詳細】 － Prepare and manage timely and accurate financial reports for both local statutory and group consolidation purposes. － Ensure full compliance with JGAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations. － Oversee tax filings, audit, and liaise with external advisors and regulatory authorities. － Monitor and control trading transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal policies. － Maintain strong internal controls and support internal and external audit processes. － Supervise accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and cash flow. － Collaborate with regional and corporate finance teams to ensure alignment with group policies. － Lead and support a small local finance team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. － Stay current with changes in financial regulations and ensure timely implementation of necessary updates. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 8＋ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, compliance, and transaction control within Japan.－ Solid understanding of JGAAP, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements. － Hands－on experience with operational finance and accounting processes. － Proficiency in Japanese and English （written and spoken）. － Experience with ERP systems; SAP or Oracle preferred. |
