Field Marketing Manager will develop and execute annual marketing plans for Japan to achieve pipeline and revenue targets, localizing global campaigns and leading digital advertising efforts. This role manages content and SEO for the regional website, including translation and localization. Responsibilities include creating marketing collateral, driving email and social media campaigns, organizing events and webinars, and analyzing marketing performance data. The manager oversees the local budget, executes partner campaigns, and monitors market trends. Candidates should have 5–7 years’ B2B marketing experience in Japan, native-level Japanese, business level English, and familiarity with Google Analytics, Salesforce, and digital ad platforms. 【必須(MUST)】 - 3-7 years experience building effective marketing programs for high tech companies in Japan- Degree in Marketing or Business, or comparable education/experience - Native-level Japanese language - Business English - if English level is low that is okay as long as you are motivated to improve - Strong project and campaign management skills - Ability to craft great collateral and write compelling marketing copy for campaigns - Experience managing third-party agencies and suppliers -Knowledge of Google Analytics, digital advertising (Google, LinkedIn), Salesforce CRM, Marketo (a plus) - Ability to work independently across marketing initiatives but also collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment - Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines 【歓迎(WANT)】 - Self-starter, quick learner, self-motivated, proactive beyond your duty- Comfortable working in international environments and culture - Strives to be objective and reflects on their own biases when making decisions - Holds themselves accountable for decisions and outcomes within their team(s)/department. - Identifies when the impact of their decisions could or will impact others and appropriately pulls in the right stakeholders for either transparency or help in the decision making process - Fosters a team culture of cooperation and collaboration.
