－ Act as a strategic Finance partner looking after most FP＆A: budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and also oversee and sign off on closing activities and reporting － Lead business and financial analysis including monthly rolling forecasts in coordination with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and G＆A teams. － Conduct P＆L and variance analysis, identifying key drivers and trends in costs, pricing, and profitability. － Evaluate marketing and trade spending to ensure investments generate appropriate returns. － Oversee monthly accounting close with the shared service center, including accruals, IFRS adjustments, and group reporting. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Advanced Excel and SAP BW expertise with strong knowledge of P＆L structure, cost accounting, and financial modeling－ Qualified accounting professional （US CPA or Japanese equivalent preferred） with 8–10 years of relevant experience. － Highly professional, ethical, and reliable, demonstrating strong ownership and attention to detail. － Excellent communicator and team player, able to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments. |
