External Scientific Education • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to organize hands-on workshops that promote correct product usage. • Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to lead workshops; define topics and training methods with them. • Maintain close coordination with local sales representatives to ensure smooth promotion and logistics. • Develop and maintain a country-specific checklist for the preparation, management, and monitoring of workshops. • Train stakeholders in accordance with internal company guidelines. • In collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and HQ Scientific Education departments, plan and execute webinars to: ▪ Promote correct product usage. ▪ Highlight and support national KOLs. KOL Management (Including Surgical Techniques & Mineral Trioxide Aggregates) • Maintain and regularly update KOL data, including records of activities, lectures, events, projects, and publications. • Contribute to the Mid-Term Plan in cooperation with the local leadership team. Clinical & Scientific Support (Investigator-Initiated Trials) • Identify potential investigators and study centers. • Support study material logistics and participate in data collection. • Provide education and guidance on GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and ISO standards. • Serve as a contact person for the Ethical Committee, managing related documentation and submissions. • Liaise with relevant state authorities for documentation and approvals when required. • Monitor project progress, depending on project scope and requirements. Internal Scientific Education (Sales Force) • Deliver internal scientific training in line with company guidelines to strengthen technical and product knowledge among the sales team. Support & Coordination of Foundations and Events • Propose suitable local KOLs for participation in national foundation events. • Provide scientific support for national events, including organizing hands-on workshops, round tables, and media engagements. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 • At least 5 years of work experience in either Sales, Marketing or Clinical Science in the healthcare field • Native in Japanese and fluent in English to work closely with international KOLs and colleagues 【歓迎(WANT)】 • Preferably a university degree (in Natural Sciences)• Understanding of pre-clinical and clinical work • Willingness and flexibility to travel |
