- Drive the majority of development processes and oversee the qualitative and quantitative outputs of the backend software services. - Exercise technical judgment when collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Point of contact for production incidents and investigation - To ensure stable operation and maintenance, improve and automate existing system designs, codebases, CI/CD, development process and tools. - Prepare documentation for colleagues and report to managers. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field- 5+ years of experience in large-scale application product development, covering requirement design, requirement and risk management, scope estimation, dependency identification, daily development management, architecture design, coding, testing, CI/CD, operation, maintenance, and documentation - Proficiency in Go and related Go tools, SQL, NoSQL, and synchronous/asynchronous communication protocols (Web API, gRPC, Kafka, RabbitMQ) - Extensive experience and knowledge in testing design/frameworks and implementation - Experience with DevOps tools and container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes or similar) and developer workflow tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD tools, Jira, Confluence - Proficiency in business-level English 【歓迎（WANT）】 - Experience in API development (OpenAPI Specification (OAS)) with microservices architecture- Experience in cloud-based data platform design and development (AWS, GCP, MS Azure or similar) - Practical experience or certificate for a SCRUM master - Experience and skills of Bazel, ArgoCD, Flux, etc. - Proficiency in business-level Japanese |
