IAMアーキテクトおよびエキスパートとしてインフラストラクチャチームに参加し、コーポレートアイデンティティおよびアクセス管理(IAM)システムの構築・移行と運用を担当していただきます IAMプラットフォームとサービスアーキテクチャの設計と実装、および合併後の準備への移行中の運用プロセスを管理および主導します。これには、ガバナンスフレームワークへのコンプライアンスの確保、運用戦略の実装、堅牢なIDおよびアクセス制御管理の確立が含まれます 社内チームや外部のステークホルダーと協力して、分離および統合フェーズでIAMインフラストラクチャとサービスのセキュリティ、安定性、機能性を確保し、合併後の業務にシームレスに移行します 国内外のビジネスパートナーと緊密に連携し、IAMのアーキテクチャと運用モデルをグローバルなインフラストラクチャおよびセキュリティ戦略に適合させるとともに、合併後の準備も確保します 主なタスクは次のとおりです ❖IAMプラットフォームとサービスアーキテクチャの設計と実装、現行サービスからの移行を行い、新環境での運用プロセスを主導します。 ❖IAMシステムのパフォーマンスと運用状況を監視・管理し、サービスの品質、効率性、安定性を確保するとともに、ビジネスパートナーとの継続的な改善機会を特定してオペレーショナルエクセレンスを実現します ❖IAMのグローバルガバナンスフレームワークの計画と実行を主導し、グローバルスタンダードとローカル要件との整合性を確保します ❖ビジネスパートナー、社内チーム、外部プロバイダーと効果的に連携し、堅牢で安全なIAMの運用とアーキテクチャを維持します ❖IAM戦略の策定に貢献し、グローバルITおよびセキュリティワーキンググループでIAMドメインを代表する ❖IAM関連のプロジェクトや運用の範囲、スケジュール、予算、品質を自分の責任範囲で管理し、目標を達成することができます ❖予算管理や契約管理など、リソースに対する明確で専門的な監督を提供するとともに、社内外のステークホルダーとの効率的なコラボレーションをサポートします ❖IAMプラットフォームとサービスの主要な専門家およびプロダクトオーナーとして、運用管理を推進し、戦略的IT環境とセキュリティの目標に沿ったガバナンスフレームワークへのコンプライアンスを確保します Join the Infrastructure team as an IAM Architect and Expert, which you will be responsible for building up and migrating from current environment, assuming the ownership of Corporate Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and operations, . Manage and lead the design and implementation of the IAM platform and service architecture and operational processes during the transition to post-merger readiness. This includes ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, implementing operational strategies, and establishing robust identity and access control management. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure security, stability, and functionality of IAM infrastructure and services during the separation and integration phases, and seamlessly transition into post-merger operations. Work closely with business partners locally and internationally to align IAM architecture and operational models with global infrastructure and security strategies, while also ensuring post-merger readiness. Key tasks include: ❖Lead the design and implementation of the IAM platform and service architecture and operational processes during the transition to post-merger readiness. ❖Monitor and manage the performance and operational status of IAM systems to ensure service quality, efficiency, and stability, while identifying continuous improvement opportunities with business partners to achieve operational excellence. ❖ Lead the planning and execution of the global governance frameworks for IAM, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements. ❖ Collaborate effectively with business partners, internal teams, and external providers to maintain robust and secure IAM operations and architecture. ❖ Contribute to IAM strategy development and represent the IAM domain in global infrastructure and security working groups. ❖ Manage the scope, schedule, budget, and quality of IAM-related projects and operations within your area of responsibility to meet objectives. ❖ Provide clear and professional oversight of resources, including budget and contract management, while supporting efficient collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. ❖ Serve as the primary expert and product owner for IAM platform and services, driving operational management and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks aligned with Mitsubishi Fuso ’s strategic IT and security goals. |

【必須（MUST）】 ❖ IAMアーキテクチャ、運用、プロバイダー管理に重点を置いた5年以上の専門的なIT経験❖ IT インフラ環境の管理(導入、移行、サポート)およびプロバイダー業務のアウトソーシング経験数年 ❖ 実績のあるプロジェクト/プログラム管理スキル(理想的には正式な認定を受けています) ❖ 異文化体験:異文化間プロジェクトや異文化チームに取り組み、特に契約上の議論やガバナンスにおいて、書面と口頭の両方で内外のステークホルダーと効果的にコミュニケーションをとる能力 ❖ 変更管理プロセスに精通しておりIAM新規立ち上げ・移行プロジェクトを主導した経験 ❖ ITサービスマネジメントに関する深い知識(ビジネス要件、ITサービス、SLAなどを含む) ❖ ITIL、IT標準、ツールに関する知識 ❖自動車、一般製造業、販売業界でのITインフラマネジメントの経験があれば尚可 ❖ IAMの運用を監督する能力・実績があること。新環境へのトランスフォーメーションプロジェクトから長期的なオペレーショナルエクセレンスへのシームレスな移行を確保します 言語 ❖ 日本語: ネイティブレベル - 話し言葉および書き言葉での流暢な日本語力が必須。 ❖ 英語: ビジネスレベル - 日常的に話し言葉および書き言葉で英語を使用する必要があります。 ❖ その他の言語スキルがあれば尚可です。 Skill Requirements ❖ Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions (On-premise, Cloud, Network, Digital Workplace), with a focus on IAM architecture, provider management, and governance frameworks. ❖ Team player and open-minded, capable of collaborating with global and local stakeholders. ❖ Critical and analytical thinking skills, particularly in evaluating provider performance and contracts. ❖ Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks through logical prioritization, especially in provider negotiations and operational management. ❖ Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, global business environment, particularly during post-merger integration and operational readiness phases. ❖ IT Service Management experience and knowledge of tools and processes used in provider operations and performance tracking. ❖ Regularly tracks industry and technology trends in IAM and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and optimization. ❖ Able to express complex and/or technical information—including governance and architecture—in business management terms for non-technical stakeholders. ❖ Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a diverse, intercultural, and international environment. ❖ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to align with multiple stakeholders across various functional and cultural backgrounds, including providers, internal business units, and global IT teams. Required Experience ❖ At least 5 years of professional IT experience, with a proven focus on IAM architecture, operations and provider management. ❖ Several years of experience managing IT infrastructure environments (implementation, migration, support) and outsourced provider operations. ❖ Proven project/program management skills (ideally with formal certification) ❖ Cross-cultural experience: working on intercultural projects and/or with intercultural teams, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in both written and verbal formats, particularly in contractual discussions and governance. ❖ Experience in leading successful change management processes and IAM transformation projects. ❖ Strong IT Service Management knowledge (including business requirements, IT services, SLAs, etc.). ❖ Knowledge of ITIL, IT standards, and tools. ❖ Prior IT infrastructure management experience in the automotive, general manufacturing, or sales industry is beneficial. ❖ Demonstrated ability to oversee IAM operations, ensuring post-merger readiness and a seamless transition from transformation projects to long-term operational excellence. Language Requirements ❖ Japanese: Native level – Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese is mandatory for managing local provider relationships and internal stakeholders. ❖ English: Business level – Daily usage in both spoken and written English is required for global collaboration and coordination. ❖ Additional languages are a plus. |
