The Advertiser Experience team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to balance risks and revenue in ads and commerce, and ensuring advertiser quality on our platform. As an Engagement Specialist, you will offer consultations to selected clients aiming to be successful on our platform. In this role, you will offer a solutions-based approach to policy and technical-related matters, and identify the key learnings that can empower sales and other partners to streamline the advertiser experience. You will be the voice of the advertisers and find new opportunities for our partners to better engage in the common good. Responsibilities - Act as the primary point of contact for the integrity team to quickly and accurately help the sales team and advertisers troubleshoot and resolve integrity-related issues. - Identify opportunities for enhancing the ad review system and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement, thereby driving a systemic uplift in advertiser experience. - Through educational initiatives, empower advertisers to understand and mitigate their risk profiles, enhancing the smoothness of their advertisement on the platform. - Gain a deep understanding of various industries and advertiser business models, and act as a TikTok Business Solutions expert to provide customized support strategies for strategic advertisers and the sales team. Advertiser Experienceチームは、広告とビジネスにおけるリスクと収益のバランスを図る施策を推進し、当社プラットフォーム上の広告主の品質を確保する上で、重要な役割を果たしています。 当ポジションではエンゲージメントスペシャリストとして、当社のプラットフォームを用いてビジネスの成功を目指す、選抜されたクライアントに対して様々なコンサルティングを提供します。またポリシーや技術的な問題に対してソリューションベースのアプローチを提供し、セールスや他のパートナーと共に広告主の体験価値を最大化できる重要な要素を見つけ出します。 クライアントの視点に立ち、お互いの利益の為にも、新たな機会を見つけ提供していく事が求められます。 職務内容 - Integrityチームの窓口として、セールスチームと広告主のインテグリティ関連課題を迅速かつ正確に特定・解決するサポートを担当します。 - 広告審査システムの改善機会を見出し、横断的なチームと協力して改善策を実行することで、広告主体験の体系的向上を推進します。 - トレーニングを通じて、広告主が自身のリスク要因を理解・改善し、プラットフォーム上の広告配信の円滑度を高めます。 - 各業界の広告主のビジネスモデルを深く理解し、TikTokビジネスソリューションのエキスパートとして、戦略的広告主とセールスチームにカスタマイズされた支援ソリューションを提供します。 |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 - Bachelor Degree in any discipline- 2+ years experience in a client-facing or sales support roles preferably in internet / tech industry - Experience in an Ads Integrity or Trust and Safety environment - Entrepreneurial and experience dealing with ambiguity - Able to prioritise and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment - Business level in English and Japanese, both written and spoken in order to communicate internally and externally with stakeholders - いずれかの分野の学士号を持っている方 - 2年以上の顧客対応またはセールスサポートの経験（インターネット／ハイテク業界での経験が望ましい） - 広告の整合または信頼と安全の実務経験がある方 - 起業家精神があり、曖昧さに対処した経験がある - 急速に変化する環境の中で、タスクに優先順位をつけて管理した経験がある方 - 日本語と英語がビジネスレベルの人（筆記と会話） |
