A global diagnostics company is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead its Japan－wide marketing strategy. The company is committed to improving lives through advanced cancer diagnostics and is part of a larger group of diagnostic firms working to address major global health challenges. Key Responsibilities － Develop and execute competitive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth. － Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, content creation, and engagement with key opinion leaders. － Implement Account－Based Marketing targeting strategic accounts. － Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform pricing and positioning. － Oversee promotional materials and digital content, ensuring alignment with regional messaging. － Manage event logistics and translation accuracy for customer－facing materials. Qualifications － Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or science. － Strong English proficiency. － 10＋ years in marketing roles, preferably in medical devices or B2B sectors. － 2＋ years of people management experience. － Willingness to travel up to 30％. Preferred Experience － Project management and multitasking skills. － Familiarity with regional healthcare or diagnostics environments. － Background in diagnostics or life sciences. |
