The MarCom Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communications strategies across Congresses ＆ Events, KOL/HCP Engagement, Brand ＆ Content, and PR/Internal Communications, while ensuring full compliance with Japanese and global regulations. The role also owns the annual MarCom budget and ROI tracking, and acts as the key liaison with Global MarCom teams to adapt global assets and share Japan－market insights. Responsibilities: ● Develop and execute integrated MarCom strategies across events, KOL engagement, branding, PR, and internal communications in alignment with global and local regulations. ● Plan and manage congresses, symposia, and educational events, including speaker coordination, content creation, and performance measurement. ● Design and implement KOL/HCP engagement programs, capturing insights and ensuring compliance with contractual and fair market value processes. ● Oversee brand and content management, ensuring alignment with corporate identity and adherence to Japan’s medical device advertising regulations. ● Manage PR and internal communications, including media relations, press releases, and coordination with cross－functional and external partners. ● Own MarCom budgeting and ROI tracking, optimizing spend and collaborating closely with global teams to localize strategies for the Japan market. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ● 5＋ years in MarCom or event/material development in medical devices, pharma, or healthcare● Experience organizing congresses/seminars and engaging KOLs/HCPs ● Knowledge of Japan Medical Device Fair Trade Council regulations and advertising guidelines ● Native Japanese and business－level English ● Strong project and vendor management, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously |
