BASIC FUNTION: - Support to develop the overall strategy for Revlon Products portfolios and Revlon brand positioning in line with the global positioning for Revlon and understanding of key consumer insights and customer needs. - Grow share and achieve company sales and profit objectives. - Plan and execute marketing strategies such as product selection, price positioning, launch schedule planning, sales estimation, product concept development and promotional campaigns - Coordinate the timeline, quality and cost in local product development with stakeholders - Manage the product lifecycle by tracking promotion results and profitability MAJOR DUTIES: 1. Support the development of Revlon Product portfolio strategies for Revlon Products (for Japan),including franchise positioning, innovation plan, pricing and promotional strategy, based on quantitative and qualitative consumer insights, category trends, and customer needs. 2. Help develop the annual Marketing Plan for Revlon Product portfolios in line with the agreed strategic direction and oversee the execution of key initiatives within the Marketing Calendar. 3. Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, Operations, and Finance departments to ensure alignment of marketing and company objectives. 4. Estimate sales qty & value based on market and internal data. Regularly track the product sales to achieve the target and optimize the product lifecycle. 5. Utilize project management experience to coordinate product development with third-party manufacturers, R&D, Regulation, Packaging, Quality and Procurement teams, to achieve target launch timing, quality and cost. 6. Create and localize effective product description (concept, usage instruction etc.) and clearly deliver it for internal & external partners. 7. Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing projects. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ・University Degree (preferably Marketing or Business Economics)・6-8 years within FMCG with at least 2 years as Product Marketing. Must have with some experience in cosmetics during career. AND SKILLS REQUIRED: 1. Strong strategic and logical thinker with experience in supporting brand building. 2. Proficient in various aspects of Marketing including New Product Development, analytical and operational skills. 3. Excellent team player with collaborative skills. 4. Ability to effectively influence at various levels (both locally and internationally). 5. Passion for the cosmetics category and relevant industry experience. 6. Ability to assist in developing concepts for new products, brief laboratories, evaluate formulas/textures, and provide feedback. 7. Experience in product development, including packaging. 8. Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 9. Native-level Japanese, business-level English, and proficiency in Chinese is a plus. |
