主な職務： 1.既存製品設計の最適化と製品性能（安定性、エネルギー効率、コスト）の向上 2.グループ会社の研究開発部門と連携し、新製品のシステム設計を実施 3.ドライポンプ製品のFMEAを主導 4.SEMIアプリケーションシナリオに対応した信頼性の高いシステム設計（シール、温度制御、希釈窒素制御など）を主導する Core Responsibilities: 1.Optimize the company's existing product design and improve product performance (stability, energy efficiency, cost); 2.Cooperate with the R&D department of the group company to carry out the system design of new products; 3.Lead dry pump products FMEA; 4.Lead reliable system design (seals, temperature control, dilution nitrogen control, etc.) for SEMI application scenarios. |

雇用形態：正社員 勤務地：[東京駅エリア] 給与範囲：800万円～ 勤務時間：9:30～18:30 【フレキシブルタイム制度あり】 残業 【月20H～40H】 年間休暇：125日 【土、日、祝日】 有給日数：10日～20日 【前職同レベル】 在宅勤務制度：週2可 Employment: Full-time Office location: [Tokyo Station Area] Salary range: 8M~ JPY Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Flexible Time Available) Overtime: 20-40 hours per month Annual Vacation: 125 days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays included) Paid Vacation Days: 10-20 days (Same as previous position) Work-from-home: 2 days per week available |
| 応募資格 |
職務要件 1.1. ドライポンプ技術における5年以上の経験 2.2. 工学士以上の学位（機械工学または真空技術が望ましい） 3.3. 半導体業界における10年以上のアプリケーション経験が望ましい 歓迎スキル 1.中国語または英語でのテクニカルコミュニケーションスキル Job Requirements 1.Experience in dry pump technology 5 years or above; 2.Bachelor's degree or above in engineering (mechanical/vacuum technology preferred); 3.More than 10 years of application experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred ; 4.Chinese or English technical communication skills are preferred, but not necessary. |
