主な職務： 1.ターボ分子ポンプ部門のチームマネジメント 2.ターボ分子ポンプの電子制御（磁気浮上軸受制御等）、機械設計（部品材料選定、ステータ・ローター設計、保護軸受設計等）、システム試験（FMEA、安全試験、真空度、圧縮比等）の開発を主導する。 3.本社研究開発チームとのコミュニケーションおよび連携（言語サポートを提供）。 4.ポンプの電気制御設計（ハードウェアおよびソフトウェア）を主導またはサポートし、開発テーマ、方向性、およびフレームワークを明確する a)磁気浮上軸受の制御システム（回路、アルゴリズム）設計 b)磁気浮上制御システムのデバッグとテスト、結果分析、解決策の立案 Core Responsibilities: 1.Team management of molecular pump division. 2.Lead the development of turbo molecular pump electronic control (magnetic levitation bearing control, etc.), mechanical design (materials selection of the parts, stator and rotor design , protection bearing design, etc.), system testing (FMEA, safety test, vacuum, compression ratio, etc.); 3.Communication and collaboration with the headquarter R&D teams (Language support will be provided.) 4.Lead and support the pump electrical control (both the hardware and software) , clarify the development subjects, direction and the framework. A.Control system (circuit, algorithm) design of magnetic levitation bearing; B.Debug and test the magnetic levitation control system, analyze the results and work out the solutions. |

応募資格： 1.自動化制御、電気工学、または関連分野を専攻した学士号以上 2.ターボ分子ポンプ設計に関する10年以上のエンジニアリング経験 3.制御設計（ハードウェアまたはソフトウェア）に関する10年以上のエンジニアリング経験 4.半導体市場における10年以上の経験 5.電子回路および自動制御設計の専門知識、優れたプログラミング能力とプログラミングスタイル、C/C++プログラミング言語の熟練 6.STM32マイクロコントローラ、DSP、およびI2C、SPI、UART、USBなどの組み込み周辺機器の通信インターフェースとプロトコルに関する知識 歓迎スキル: 1.英語または中国語での技術コミュニケーション能力 Job Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in automation control, electrical engineering, and other related majors, 2.10 years or above of engineering experience on turbo molecular pump design 3.10 years or above of engineering experience on the control design (hardware or software) 4.10 years or above of the experience with the semi-conductor market. 5.Expertise of electronic circuits and automatic control design, good programming ability and programming style, proficient in C/C++ programming language; 6.Familiarity with STM32 microcontrollers, DSPs, and embedded peripheral communication interfaces and protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, USB, etc. is preferred; 7.Chinese or English technical communication skills are preferred, but not necessary. |
