主な職務： 上司の指示に基づき、開発・設計を行う。 1.ローター設計、遠心力変形抑制ロータートポロジーに基づく開発、熱機械連成変形補償スキームの最適化 2.構造力学設計、臨界速度解析およびキャンベル線図作成（共振リスク回避）、微振動抑制構造設計 3.極限動作条件適応設計、真空シールシステム開発、耐高温構造設計 4.製造性を考慮した設計、精密部品のプロセス定義（5軸フライス加工／電解加工） 5.機械部品の材料性能要件（動作環境における様々な応力特性、変形、温度）を明確にし、試験工程における様々な機械的故障を分析し、解決策を提案する。 Core Responsibilities: Development and design in accordance with the guidance by the manager. 1.Rotor design, development following anti-centrifugal deformation rotor topology, optimization of thermal-mechanical coupling deformation compensation scheme; 2.Structural dynamics design, critical speed analysis and Campbell diagram drawing (to avoid resonance risk), and micro-vibration suppression structure design; 3.Extreme operation conditions adaptation design, vacuum sealing system development, high-temperature resistant structure design; 4.Design for manufacturability, process definition of precision parts (5-axis milling/electrochemical machining); 5.Clarify the material performance requirements of mechanical components (various stress properties, deformations, temperatures in the operating environment) and analyze various mechanical failures during the test process to propose solutions. |

| 応募資格 |
職務要件 1.ターボ分子ポンプに関する5年以上の経験 2.機械工学の学士号以上 3.精密機械設計の経験8年以上、かつ半導体装置/真空装置開発の経験3年以上 4.高速回転機構の設計原理に精通 5.材料の機械的特性および製造プロセスに関する知識 歓迎スキル: 1.中国語または英語での技術コミュニケーションスキル Job Requirements 1.5 years or above of experiences on turbo molecular pump; 2.Bachelor degree or above in mechanic engineering 3.More than 8 years of experience in precision machinery design, more than 3 years of semiconductor equipment/vacuum equipment development background; 4.Proficient in the design principle of high-speed rotation mechanism; 5.Familiar with the mechanical properties and manufacturing processes of materials; 6.Chinese or English technical communication skills are preferred. but not necessary. |
