主な職務： 1.ターボ分子ポンプ設計FMEAを主導する。 分子ポンプ用の各種テストプラットフォームの設計を主導し、テスト内容と仕様を明確にし、SEMI国際規格および主要OEM（LAM Research、AMAT、TELなど）の要件を満たす安全性・信頼性試験を確立する。 Core Responsibilities: 1.Lead the turbo molecular pump design FMEA; 2.Lead the design of various test platforms for the molecular pumps, clarify the test content and specifications, and establish safety and reliability tests that meet the requirements of SEMI international standards and leading OEMs (LAM Research, AMAT, TEL, etc.). |

| 応募資格 |
職務要件: 1.ターボ分子ポンプに関する5年以上の経験 2.工学士以上の学位（機械・電子・真空技術のいずれかが望ましい） 3.半導体真空装置の設計およびテストにおいて10年以上の経験 4.磁気浮上分子ポンプのSEMI仕様要件およびテスト内容に精通している。 歓迎スキル: 1.中国語または英語でのテクニカルコミュニケーションスキル Job Requirements 1.5 years or above of experiences on turbo molecular pump; 2.Bachelor's degree or above of engineering (mechanical/electronic/vacuum technology preferred); 3.More than 10 years of experience in semiconductor vacuum equipment design and testing; 4.Familiar with the SEMI specification requirements and test content of magnetic levitation molecular pumps; 5.Chinese or English technical communication skills are preferred, but not necessary |
