＜コンサルタントの声＞ ■メイド・イン・ジャパン製品を手掛ける安定企業 ご紹介企業は、日本で高品質なライフサイエンス製品を開発・製造し、国内外のお客様に提供しています。幅広い業界から継続的な需要を得ており、安定した業績と強固な事業基盤を誇っています！ ■キャリアアップしたい方必見！ 現在マネージャークラスの方や、中小企業の経理財務部長が次のキャリアステップとして挑戦できるポジションです！特に、レポート先を海外に持ちたい方・海外の経営層とのやり取りを通じて幅広い経験を積みたい方にぴったりです。 ■レポートラインとチーム構成について 本ポジションでは、APACファイナンス部門リーダーにレポートしつつ、同時に日本拠点のシニアマネジメントをサポートします。約5名のチームを管理。また、ERPシステムを活用して業務を進めます。 ■ハイブリッド勤務可能 在宅勤務の日程を自由に調整可能です！ファイナンスチームも週1～2日の在宅勤務を活用しているとのことで、繁忙期でも無理なく仕事と生活の両立ができます♪ ＜業務内容詳細＞ Responsibilities include: － Oversee all finance, accounting, tax, audit, and compliance matters for the Japan entities. － Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting under IFRS and local GAAP. － Serve as a business partner to local management, providing financial insight and guidance. － Maintain strong internal controls and drive continuous process improvements. － Manage relationships with external and internal auditors to ensure full compliance. － Ensure compliance with Japanese laws and regulations related to finance. － Lead, develop, and motivate the local finance team. － Support cross－functional and finance transformation initiatives. － Perform other related duties as required. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 10＋ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, preferably within a multinational environment.－ Strong knowledge of IFRS and Japanese GAAP （J－GAAP）. － Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools （e.g., Hyperion）. － Hands－on experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills. － Solid understanding of Japanese tax regulations and local accounting practices. － Proven ability to lead teams, drive change, and deliver results in a matrix organization. － Strong leadership and people development skills. － Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. － Experience preparing and presenting financial results to management. |
