Position Title： IT Service Management Professional Reporting Line： Strategy & Service Management Group manager Mission: Information Technology Division in Japan is a team of technology orchestrators who shape the future of Healthineers. Our mission is to (1) drive innovative digital transformation, (2) ensure secure and sustainable IT services to support the going concern of our company, and (3) drive digital culture across the organization as technology evangelists. This position drives activities to ensure the quality and sustainability of IT services. Responsibilities: * Be responsible for delivering IT service with related partners * Drive activities and/or project to ensure lifecycle of application operation and support service * Minimize the impact of recurring incidents. Initiate major incident management if required. * Identify root causes of problems (that affect IT service) and determine fix required to prevent recurrence of incidents. * Manage day to day quality of service operations of partners * Improve quality and KPI of IT service deeply discussing with partners * Manage stakeholders' satisfaction with IT service * Ensure compliance to quality management, supplier compliance, IT security and data privacy regulations in IT service management. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 * 5 years or more in IT operation and service management* Work experience in IT Project (Waterfall and Agile.) * Experience in vendor/service sourcing, selection and management * Experience in assessing project/vendor/service pricing * Experience in SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform or other platform, not as users but as development and/or support engineers. * Execution of multinational (local / regional / global) collaborative IT projects * Experience in technical incident resolution and familiarity with incident resolution process. * Solid knowledge of project management, application management and quality management * Solid understanding in database design and operation * Solid knoweldge of ITIL (Incident, Service Request, Change, Demand and Project). * Solid knowledge of IT security principles * Business level of English and Japanese (N1) 【歓迎（WANT）】 * Design Thinking* Quality control (Six Sigma, Lean, TPS, etc.) * Programming and/or application development experience (Java, C#, Python or any other coding * languages). * Experience of Azure * Team management * Knowledge of business process in Healthcare industry |
