Seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead our cervical cancer diagnostics portfolio, encompassing cytology and genetic tests. This role is pivotal in developing and executing the product strategy to drive market growth, achieve financial targets, and ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of healthcare professionals and patients. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with a strong commercial mindset and a deep understanding of the diagnostics market. Key Responsibilities ● Develop, implement, and own the product strategy and marketing operations for the cervical cancer diagnostics portfolio. Drive revenue growth and manage profitability to meet top-line and Gross Profit (GP) targets. ● Conduct continuous market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, potential risks, and key industry trends. Ensure the product portfolio remains competitive and clinically relevant. ● Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the product champion, collaborating closely with Sales, Application Specialists, Market Shaping, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure seamless alignment on product development and go-to-market strategies. ● Equip the sales team and support healthcare professionals with impactful product training, clinical data, and sales tools to drive product adoption, confidence, and market expansion. ● Monitor and analyze KPIs, including sales data, market share, and campaign effectiveness. Take decisive, data-driven actions to ensure commercial success. ● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, medical societies, and healthcare professionals to gather critical insights and build powerful advocacy for our products. ● In partnership with the Marketing Manager, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Plan and lead high-impact events, including academic conferences, exhibitions, and customer seminars, to strengthen customer relationships. ● Ensure all product and marketing activities adhere to local and global regulatory standards. Work with internal regulatory teams to facilitate timely product registrations and approvals. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ● Proven experience in product management, marketing, or sales within medical diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries.● Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with experience in financial forecasting or P&L management. ● Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English. ● Experience with oncology, women's health, or genetic testing products preferred. |
