＜コンサルタントの声＞ ■日本で安定した実績を持つファミリー経営ブランド 世界的に有名なファミリー経営のファッションブランドで、日本でも長い歴史を持っています。ハイエンドな製品を展開しており、日本のマーケットで親しまれています。長い歴史と安定した実績を持つ企業で活躍できるチャンスです！ ■ERPシステム経験者歓迎！ 同社では最近、財務システムをSAPにアップグレードしました。そのため、ERPの経験を持つ財務のプロフェッショナルを求めています。SAPの知識を存分に活かしたい方や、システム運用や構造に影響を与えながら、財務業務の改善に貢献してぴったりのポジションです。 ■報告先とチーム構成について レポート先は日本の財務責任者で、3～4名のチームをマネジメントしていただきます。 ■柔軟な働き方 勤務時間は柔軟で、早めに出社して早めに退社する、遅めに出社して遅めに退社するなど、自分のライフスタイルに合わせた働き方が可能です！財務マネージャーは基本的にオフィス勤務ですが、リモートワークも相談可能です。 【業務内容詳細】 Responsibilities include: Financial Reporting － Ensure accuracy of balance sheet accounts and perform monthly variance analysis. － Execute monthly financial close and prepare financial statements on time in line with local and management accounting policies. － Resolve open balance sheet reconciliation items promptly. － Review and approve financial transactions, including invoices and credit/debit notes. Audit, Control ＆ Compliance － Work with internal and external auditors to ensure proper financial controls. － Regularly review key operations, including O2C, P2P, inventory, and fixed assets. Annual Tax Returns － Support preparation of tax returns in compliance with relevant regulations. Treasury － Manage daily incoming and outgoing payments via net－banking. － Prepare monthly cash flow reports for the treasury team. Budget ＆ Forecast Management － Support budget planning, reporting, and presentations. － Assist with internal reporting, forecasting, and expense control. － Help prepare legal entity budgets and projections, providing explanations for key changes. Finance Ad Hoc Activities － Support ERP deployment and system interfaces, if needed. － Assist with finance projects as required. － Respond to ad hoc requests from stakeholders. － Maintain strong relationships with regional and HQ teams, as well as external advisors. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Experience in managing a finance or accounting team.－ Experience with ERP or financial/accounting system implementation is highly desirable. － Hands－on experience with JGAAP and IFRS. － Strong experience with SAP （ERP 6.0 / FI / AA / CO）. － US CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus. － Understanding of accounting practices relevant to retail operations. － Proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese. － Business－level proficiency in written and spoken English （TOEIC 750＋ or equivalent experience）. － Experience with foreign or imported retail brands is a plus. － Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. |
