－ Maintain precise financial records and prepare tailored reports on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis to meet each client’s requirements. － Prepare statutory accounts in full compliance with accounting standards, local regulations, and internal policies. － Act as the main liaison for clients, handling inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring strong, trust－based relationships. － Collaborate with tax consultants and auditors to ensure compliance, smooth audit processes, and accurate financial documentation. － Support financial planning by assisting with cash flow forecasting and mentoring team members to enhance performance and efficiency. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Degree or diploma in accounting or a related field; CPA qualification preferred.－ At least eight years of experience in a CPA firm or professional services, with strong knowledge of corporate accounting and compliance. － Fluent in both written and spoken Japanese and English. － Highly independent, detail－oriented, proactive, with strong communication skills and a client－focused mindset; adaptable to a dynamic environment. － Team－oriented, motivated to contribute to a collaborative culture, with potential to lead and develop others; proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 【歓迎（WANT）】 |
