- Maintain precise financial records and prepare tailored reports on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis to meet each client’s requirements. - Prepare statutory accounts in full compliance with accounting standards, local regulations, and internal policies. - Act as the main liaison for clients, handling inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring strong, trust-based relationships. - Collaborate with tax consultants and auditors to ensure compliance, smooth audit processes, and accurate financial documentation. - Support financial planning by assisting with cash flow forecasting and mentoring team members to enhance performance and efficiency. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 - Degree or diploma in accounting or a related field; CPA qualification preferred.- At least eight years of experience in a CPA firm or professional services, with strong knowledge of corporate accounting and compliance. - Fluent in both written and spoken Japanese and English. - Highly independent, detail-oriented, proactive, with strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset; adaptable to a dynamic environment. - Team-oriented, motivated to contribute to a collaborative culture, with potential to lead and develop others; proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 【歓迎(WANT)】 |
