About Todoker, Inc. We are a company that develops services aimed at logistics DX, starting with products focused on the DX of general affairs operations. Currently, we provide a parcel and mail management SaaS solution that aims to eliminate the inconvenience and labor involved in office package management, thereby streamlining general affairs work. Our mission is to "Connect people and things," and our vision is to achieve efficiency in the logistics domain, starting from the management of physical items in the office. Our current service is a parcel management SaaS that improves the accessibility of information on items managed by general affairs within the company, rectifies inefficiencies in general affairs operations, and pursues a new form of the office. Following successful fundraising, we are expanding our SaaS product portfolio with the aim of entering the B2B logistics sector, including logistics surrounding office environments. Job Summary ● You can take the lead in formulating and executing the quality assurance strategy with a high degree of autonomy. ● You can be a core member in the establishment and organizational development of the QA team. ● You can contribute to quality improvement from the upstream stages of product development by working closely with the development team and product managers. ● The environment encourages and supports the proactive proposal and introduction of the latest testing technologies and tools. Responsibilities You will be responsible for leading all quality assurance activities within the company. This is a crucial position that drives overall product quality improvement not only through practical testing work but also through team management and proposing improvements to quality processes. A Day in the Life ● Formulation and execution of the quality assurance strategy. ● Test planning, test design, test case creation, and test execution. ● Formulation, design, implementation, and operation of test automation strategies. ● Task management, training, and mentoring of QA team members. ● Proposing and promoting improvements for quality enhancement across the entire development process. ● Collaborating with product managers and engineers to define quality requirements from the specification formulation stage. ● Defect analysis, collection/analysis of quality metrics, and reporting. ● Resource management and coordination with external QA vendors. |

Compensation ● To be determined based on experience, skills, and previous salary, in accordance with our company regulations. ● The above amount includes a deemed overtime allowance for 40 hours per month. Any excess hours will be paid separately. ● Bonus and Salary Increase: Once per year Work Location ● Cross Office Shibuya, 1-12-2 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo ● Access: 2-minute walk from Shibuya Station B3 exit (Tokyo Metro/Tokyu Lines), 4-minute walk from JR Shibuya Station Miyamasuzaka exit. ● Remote Work: Up to 3 days per week allowed. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ● 5+ years of practical QA experience in web or mobile applications.● Experience in independently driving the entire process of test planning, design, and execution. ● Experience as a leader or manager of a QA team with 2 or more members. ● Experience in designing and implementing test automation using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or Cypress. ● Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured). ● Experience with test management and defect tracking using tools such as JIRA and Confluence. ● QA experience in an Agile development environment (e.g., Scrum). 【歓迎（WANT）】 ● JSTQB Certified Tester qualification (Advanced Level or higher).● Experience operating test automation within a CI/CD environment (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions). ● Knowledge and practical experience in performance testing and security testing. ● Programming experience (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript). ● Experience in establishing and building a QA team or organization. ● Experience defining quality metrics and driving data-driven quality improvements. 【Our Ideal Candidate】 ● Individuals with a strong sense of ownership and passion for product quality. ● Individuals who can demonstrate leadership and drive towards goal achievement while engaging team members. ● Individuals who can communicate smoothly across departments, including development and business sides. ● Individuals who are not satisfied with the current process, constantly seek better methods, and can proactively propose improvements. ● Individuals with a strong curiosity for new technologies and methodologies, and a high motivation to learn. |

【当社について】
トドケールは機械学習やOCRを用いて、社内プロセスの自動化を実現する、Business Intelligenceツールを用いて社内データを可視化するデジタルコンサルティングから始まりました。
2019年にリリースした郵便物管理システム「トドケール」を利用したオフィスエリアにおける郵便物管理・配達物管理の自動化に挑戦しています。また、小規模な企業においては遠隔にてメール室業務を代行する郵便物デジタル化サービス「クラウドメール室」を提供し、フルリモートの障壁を取り除き、多様な働き方の実現を目指しています。
