About Todoker, Inc. We are a company that develops services aimed at logistics DX, starting with products focused on the DX of general affairs operations. Currently, we provide a parcel and mail management SaaS solution that aims to eliminate the inconvenience and labor involved in office package management, thereby streamlining general affairs work. Our mission is to "Connect people and things," and our vision is to achieve efficiency in the logistics domain, starting from the management of physical items in the office. Our current service is a parcel management SaaS that improves the accessibility of information on items managed by general affairs within the company, rectifies inefficiencies in general affairs operations, and pursues a new form of the office. Following successful fundraising, we are expanding our SaaS product portfolio with the aim of entering the B2B logistics sector, including logistics surrounding office environments. Job Summary ● Experience a phase of rapid organizational growth (doubling, tripling in size). ● Close proximity to the management team, offering the opportunity to gain experience in positions close to management, depending on your motivation. ● Opportunity to be involved in the planning of our in-house products from the early stages. ● Ability to broadly challenge yourself in tasks across other domains. Responsibilities You will be responsible for work related to AI, machine learning, and data analysis that solves customer problems, so that customers feel, "I'm glad I used this product, and I want to use it more." A Day in the Life ● Construction of data infrastructure and data preparation/cleansing. ● Construction of AI models, algorithm selection, and precision tuning. Example: Extracting recipient/sender information from slips using OCR. ● Implementation and operation within the system. ● Continuous performance evaluation and execution of an improvement cycle based on operational data. |

Compensation ● To be determined based on experience, skills, and previous salary, in accordance with our company regulations. ● The above amount includes a deemed overtime allowance for 40 hours per month. Any excess hours will be paid separately. ● Bonus and Salary Increase: Once per year Work Location ● Cross Office Shibuya, 1-12-2 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo ● Access: 2-minute walk from Shibuya Station B3 exit (Tokyo Metro/Tokyu Lines), 4-minute walk from JR Shibuya Station Miyamasuzaka exit. ● Remote Work: Up to 3 days per week allowed. | 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ● A certain level of knowledge regarding AI and statistics.● Experience in developing and operating systems or features using AI and machine learning (no restrictions on years of experience or type of work experience). 【歓迎(WANT)】 ● Experience in API development using frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.● Experience in model development using libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. 【Our Ideal Candidate】 ● Individuals who want to leverage their knowledge in mathematics, data analysis, and statistics within the business domain. ● Ability to independently identify problems and take responsibility for driving them to resolution. ● Individuals who can smoothly collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and members of the business side. ● Individuals who can flexibly or are willing to communicate using both Japanese and English. |

【当社について】
トドケールは機械学習やOCRを用いて、社内プロセスの自動化を実現する、Business Intelligenceツールを用いて社内データを可視化するデジタルコンサルティングから始まりました。
2019年にリリースした郵便物管理システム「トドケール」を利用したオフィスエリアにおける郵便物管理・配達物管理の自動化に挑戦しています。また、小規模な企業においては遠隔にてメール室業務を代行する郵便物デジタル化サービス「クラウドメール室」を提供し、フルリモートの障壁を取り除き、多様な働き方の実現を目指しています。

早稲田大学法学部を卒業後、世界4大コンサルティングファーム(BIG4)の一つ、PricewaterhouseCoopersでコンサルタントとして10年勤務した後、University of California, Irvine, Merage SchoolにてMBAを修了。卒業後、カリフォルニアの投資ファンドおよび宅配ロッカースタートアップにて勤務し、帰国後にトドケールを創業。公認会計士・税理士・日本証券アナリスト・応用情報技術者・運行管理士(貨物)。
