＜コンサルタントの声＞ ■成長中企業 APAC地域で事業を拡大中！ 日本でも近年、複数の新店舗の開設を進めながら、存在感のあるブランドとして確立してきています！ ■APAC地域を含む幅広い業務対応 本ポジションでは日本支社の会計業務（全体の60～70％）と、残りは他APAC拠点のサポートを行います。地域全体の幅広い業務経験を積めるポジションです！ ■レポート先は海外・グローバルな環境 グローバル本社に直接レポートしながら、日本国内の少数精鋭チームをマネジメントしていただきます。グローバルな環境でリーダーシップを発揮したい！というプレイングマネージャーや経理経験者の方におすすめのポジションです。 ■チームとの連携 事業拡大期のため、オフィスでチームと密に連携しながら働ける方歓迎！企業の成長期において、やりがいを感じながら活躍できるポジションです。 ＜業務内容詳細＞ You will report to the Head of Accounting ＆ Consolidation and play a key role in: － Managing accounting operations and bookkeeping across multiple countries and entities － Overseeing and coordinating external accounting partners for your entities － Delivering monthly closings and financial reporting for your entities － Preparing and reporting annual statutory local accounts － Managing annual local financial audits － Managing and coordinating external tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate tax compliance － Contributing to the drafting and implementation of accounting policies and procedures － Driving continuous improvement and digitization of accounting processes － Ensuring adoption and implementation of group－wide accounting policies and procedures for your entities － Supporting accounting and finance projects － Supporting business development on accounting and finance－related matters － Partnering with other departments to enhance business performance while maintaining compliance |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Fluent English written and spoken－ Solid accounting knowledge and background across different local GAAPs － IFRS knowledge is a plus Specific personal qualities for this role: － Ability to build trusting relationships with team, peers and stakeholders － Entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen － Time management skills － Problem solving and results oriented － Accounting and finance enthusiast |
