サプライチェーンIT環境におけるカーブアウト活動を支援し、移行プロセスにおける最適な機能分離を実現します。調達、財務管理、電子データ交換、サプライヤー管理システムとの隠れた潜在的なインターフェースなど、データの相互運用性や依存性のために分割困難なモジュール/アプリケーション関連の課題を特定・解決します。クロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、システムの一貫性維持と業務中断防止に努めます。アプリケーション間の依存関係と相互接続性を詳細に分析し、効果的なリスク軽減策を提案します。ステークホルダーと緊密に連携し、カーブアウト実施中のデータ連携とプロセス継続性を保証します。複雑なサプライチェーンIT環境に対応した詳細なドキュメントを作成し、移行計画を策定します。技術的専門知見を提供し、組織基準と業界ベストプラクティスへの準拠を徹底します。ソリューション指向の議論を主導し、サプライチェーンアプリケーション統合の課題に対処します。最新のサプライチェーン技術動向を把握し、革新的なシステム改善案を提言します。ITチームとビジネス部門間の効果的な連携を促進し、カーブアウト目標の整合性を確保します。移行進捗を継続的に監視し、技術的問題への迅速な対応を通じてリスクを最小化します。 Support carve-out activities in the supply chain IT landscape, ensuring optimal separation and functionality during transitions. Manage and resolve challenges related to modules and applications that cannot be directly split due to data interoperability or dependency, such as hidden implicit interfaces for procurement, financial control, electronic data interchange with partners, and supplier management systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system integrity and prevent disruptions to business operations. Analyze dependencies and interconnectivity between applications to propose effective mitigation strategies. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless data exchange and process continuity during carve-out implementations. Develop documentation and carve-out plans tailored for complex supply chain IT environments. Provide technical expertise to ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices. Drive solution-oriented discussions to address constraints in supply chain application integrations. Stay informed about supply chain technologies and trends to recommend innovative system improvements. Facilitate communication and collaboration between IT and business teams to ensure alignment of carve-out objectives. Monitor carve-out progress, addressing technical issues promptly to minimize risks. |

【必須（MUST）】 English follows JapaneseサプライチェーンITシステムにおける5-7年の実務経験 カーブアウトプロジェクト管理の専門知識 関連する他システムとの複数のさまざまなプロトコルインターフェースを含むサプライチェーンソフトウェア統合の深い理解 論理的思考、および非分割モジュール/アプリケーション対応の高度な問題解決スキル ステークホルダーコミュニケーション/プロジェクト実行の習熟度と粘り強いマインド ERPシステム/サプライチェーン最適化ツール経験（尚可） コンプライアンスフレームワーク/データ処理ベストプラクティス知識（尚可） 語学要件 日本語ネイティブレベル 英語ビジネスレベル Bring 5-7 years of experience in IT systems within supply chain environments, with expertise in managing carve-out projects. Demonstrate a deep understanding of supply chain software integrations, including multiple various protocol interfaces with relevant other system. Logical thinking, and Possess strong problem-solving skills to handle situations where modules or applications cannot be split. Exhibit proficiency in stakeholder communication and project execution with persistent mind-set. Experience with ERP systems and supply chain optimization tools is highly desirable.
