| 仕事内容 |
You will work on challenging projects to identify value-creation opportunities and help clients achieve and sustain strategic objectives. You will deliver innovative solutions in areas such as service redesign, organizational structure, governance, process management, and capability building, driving meaningful and lasting change. Based in our Japan office as part of the Social, Healthcare, and Public Entities (SHaPE) practice, you will focus on operational project management and implementation, translating strategic goals into practical initiatives. You will also join our growing Delivery Assurance team, dedicated to improving public sector outcomes and ensuring long-term results. Collaborating closely with senior management and specialist teams, you will design and implement impactful solutions for public sector clients. Success will be measured by the sustainable impact you deliver. As part of an entrepreneurial team, you will receive exceptional training, coaching, and mentoring to grow your expertise and drive SHaPE’s mission forward. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・University degree with a strong record of academic achievement・3+ years of experience in project delivery in consulting; public sector project experience is preferred ・Strong analytical, conceptual problem-solving, and interpersonal skills ・Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, dedication, creativity and a passion for overcoming any challenge to get things done ・Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English |
