Controlling （FP＆A） for Retail Business －Drive business growth based on business and financial analysis, influencing business teams －Monthly actual reporting activities for net sales and P＆L providing explanations about gap vs forecast －Collecting, reviewing and consolidating data for net sales and P＆L for forecasting －Analysis by KPI of each channel proposing action plan to achieve targets －Sales reporting including pricing and marginality analysis －Ad hoc reporting and analysis requested by Country Manager －Leading discussion and explanation during monthly closing and forecast with Corporate Player role reporting to Finance Director, Head of Finance in Japan |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 －Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP＆A－Business－level proficiency in both English and Japanese （work is primarily conducted in English） －Mindset and soft skills to closely collaborate with the business side －Experience using SAP or other ERP systems; knowledge of GAAP －FP＆A経験 目安3年以上 －ビジネスレベルの英語力＆日本語力（業務は大半が英語） －事業側に寄り添うマインドセット・ソフトスキル －SAPや他ERP使用経験、GAAP知識 【歓迎（WANT）】 －Experience managing multiple products or SKUs simultaneously－Industry experience in retail, FMCG, or similar sectors －複数商品・プロダクトを同時にみた経験 －小売・FMCG等の業界経験 －Proactive and detail－oriented －Strong communication and teamwork skills －プロアクティブで細かいところにも気づける方 －他部門とのコミュニケーション、チームワーク力 |
