Job Summary As a collections specialist (in AR&Collections team, Finance), you will play a key role in maintaining the company’s healthy cash flow. You will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding receivables from customers. Through effective communication and negotiation, you are expected to ensure timely payments and improve collection KPIs. Job Description - Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable - Contact customers via email, phone, and/or written correspondence to follow up on overdue payments - Collaborate with internal departments such as Asia Sales and other Finance teams to share relevant information - Minimize loss of revenue due to ineffective collection processes - Maintain and update records related to collection activities - Prepare and submit regular reports on collection status to management |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Minimum 3 years of experience in AR or Collections- Strong communication and negotiation skills - Business Level in Japanese, Chinese and English - Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, and business systems) 【歓迎（WANT）】 - Knowledge of SAP is preferable- A bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferable |
