主にアジアパシフィック地域で報告される製品苦情の苦情品調査、製品苦情情報のアセスメント及び関連業務 Sample Analysis, Assessment and related activities for the product complaints and the product complaint samples reported mainly from Asia-Pacific affiliates. ●苦情品調査 / Sample Analysis ・送付された苦情品の開梱・受領し、苦情品調査の準備を行う。 Open and receive returned complaint sample and make it ready for sample analysis. ・苦情品の調査(外観及び機能検査)を行う。 Perform visual and/or functional analysis of returned complaint samples. ・苦情品の調査結果をもとに、苦情レベルや苦情カテゴリー、詳細調査要否等を評価する。Assess the results of the returned complaint sample, including impact on complaint level, complaint categories, investigation site and additional investigation requirements so on. ・詳細調査が必要な場合、適切な製造所/包装所に依頼をして苦情品を送付する。Assign and forward the returned complaint sample to the designated manufacturing or packaging site for further investigation, as appropriate. ・必要な手続きの上、苦情品の輸入及び輸出を行い、また、廃棄を行う。 Import, export and/or destruct complaint samples. ・苦情品及び備品の維持管理を行う。 Maintain complaint product and lab supplies. ・ラボ及び機器の清掃と維持管理を行う。 Conduct cleaning and maintenance of laboratory and equipment. アセスメント/ Assessment ・製品苦情情報をもとに、苦情レベルや苦情カテゴリー等を評価する。(苦情情報の調査) Assess product complaint information including designating an appropriate complaint level, assigning suitable categories so on. ・追加調査の必要性を判断し、必要に応じて適切な製造所/包装所へ詳細調査を依頼する。 Determine the need for additional investigation and forward product complaint records to the proper manufacturing or packaging quality unit for further investigation as required. ・苦情品の調査の必要性を判断する。 Determine the need for the investigation of the product complaint sample. ●共通/Common ・製造所/包装所と協働し、タイムリーに調査を行う。 Build and maintain working relationships and influence outcomes with manufacturing/packaging sites to deliver complaint investigations timely. ・必要に応じて関係者から、苦情情報或いは苦情品に関する追加の詳細情報を得る。 Perform follow up activities with affiliate or related contacts, as necessary, to obtain additional details associated with the product complaints information or the returned complaint sample. ・完了した調査結果を評価し、考えられる根本原因を特定する。 Evaluate the completed complaint investigation result and identify possible root causes of the product complaint. ・製品苦情の根本原因特定に際し、必要な場合、関連部署から補足情報を得る。 Where additional information may aid in determining the root cause of the product complaint, obtain supplementary information from related parties. ・関係部署にフォローアップを行う際、必要に応じて教育指導的情報を含めたコミュニケーションを行う。 Respond to affiliates or related contact with educational information, as applicable, during follow up endeavors. ・評価や調査の結果をグローバル苦情データベース等に記録する。 Document assessment and analysis results in the complaint database and associated records. ・記録をレビューし、グローバル品質基準に適合し、完全であることを確認する。 Review and evaluate the records for completeness and compliance with Global Quality Standards. ・チームで協働し、規定されたタイムラインで結果を出し、また作業を進める。 Work effectively and efficiently as a team to deliver results in a defined timeline and to manage the operation. ・手順書に基づき担当分野の専門家として業務を行う。また、インストラクターとして貢献する。 Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for applicable system and procedures/work instructions, and for instructors. ・補助的な業務、改善活動及び監督・モニタリング活動を行う。 Participate in supporting/supplemental activities, improvement activities and oversight/monitoring activities. ・社内品質システム及び各種法規制を順守して業務を遂行する。 Comply with Lilly Global/Local Quality System in addition to Global/Local regulations. ・関連した IT システムの維持管理を行う。 Maintain related IT system. |
