仕事内容	●西神品質管理部/Organization Overview 高品質な製品を安定的に供給するために、高い専門性を礎として受入検査並びに品質試験に使用する機器及びシステムの管理業務(導入、維持管理、廃棄)を実施します。 ●職務/Job Responsibilities ・製品資材、注射剤及び固形製剤の品質管理、分析試験(資材検査、理化学試験、微生物試験)に使用する機器及びシステムのクオリフィケーション、メンテナンス、故障修理業者対応およびリタイアメントの関わる業務・品質管理の機器及びシステムに関わる手順、記録等の作成及び照査・逸脱、トラブルに対する調査及び問題解決策の提案・実施・変更管理・新規機器及びシステム導入に伴う米国本社・海外製造所との協働・部内における業務品質及び生産性改善活動・グローバル・ローカルプロジェクトのリード・参画・その他、品質管理の機器及びシステムの予算も含めた管理業務 (Sr Manager の場合は上記に加えてチーム管理、人財育成も含む) -------------- （English） ●Organization Overview We Seishin QC complete testing/inspection at the right time with safety first and quality always for stable supply of high-quality products. The Equipment Team is one of the teams in Seishin QC that supports the Testing Team through the management of laboratory equipment and systems. ●Job Responsibilities ・Responsibilities related to the qualification, maintenance, vendor coordination for repairs, and retirement of equipment and systems used in quality control and analytical testing (including material inspection, physicochemical testing, and microbiological testing) for product materials, injectables, and solid dosage forms ・Preparation and review of procedures, records, and other documentation related to quality control equipment and systems ・Investigation and resolution of deviations and issues, including proposing and implementing corrective actions ・Change control management ・Collaboration with the U.S. headquarters and overseas manufacturing sites for the introduction of new equipment and systems ・Initiatives to improve work quality and productivity within the department ・Leading or participating in global and local projects ・Overall management of quality control equipment and systems, including budgeting ・Other activities related to Lab equipment/System (for Sr Manager, team management and people development are also included in addition to the above.)
労働条件	【就業場所】西神工場(神戸市内) 従事すべき業務の変更の範囲：当社業務全般従業員の幸福と生産性の観点から、通勤距離と時間制限ポリシーを確立しています。具体的には、通勤距離の上限が90km以内であり、通勤時間は受験生から最寄りの駅から職場まで、最も安い公共交通機関のルートで90分を超えないこと。上記範囲より遠くに住んでいる場合は、通勤圏内の場所に転居していただくことが原則となります(社宅の賃貸が提供される場合があります)。上記は、車での通勤が許可されている場合も同様です。（ From the perspective of employee well-being and productivity, Lilly hasestablished a commuting distance and time limit policy. 応募資格	【必須（MUST）】・(医薬品・医療機器・化粧・化学業界にて)3 年程度又はそれ以上の品質管理・分析業務試験(理化学試験・微生物試験)又は試験に使用する機器又はシステムの管理業務・理系の大学卒以上・日本語 Fluent Level ・英語コミュニケーションスキル・リーダーシップ、コミュニケーションスキル、チームワーク、論理的思考、問題解決能力・弊社では社員のウェルビーイングと生産性の観点から、自宅最寄り駅から勤務地までの通勤距離が 90 km以内かつ最安値の公共交通機関の所要時間が 90 分以内の範囲を、通勤可能上限としています。それよりも遠方にお住まいの場合は、通勤可能な範囲にご転居いただくことを原則としております(借上社宅の貸与あり)。車両通勤を認める場合においても、上記を適用します。 ----------- (English) ・3 or more years of experience in quality control or analytical testing (physicochemical or microbiological testing), or in the management of Lab equipment or systems used for such testing, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical device, cosmetics, or chemical industries ・Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific field ・Japanese communication skill: Fluent ・English communication skill ・Leadership, Communication skills, Teamwork, Logical thinking, Problem-solving ability ・From the perspective of employee well-being and productivity, Lilly has established a commuting distance and time limit policy.
