• Understand and manage customer expectations for best－in－class Customer Satisfaction ratings, balancing vs profitability • Manage Customer relationships globally with focus on targets, performance, and customer－driven Quality improvement initiatives • Facilitate topic closures in best interest, in alignment with other relevant functions and partners • Gating interface for incoming inquiries and outgoing communication （including explaining 8D report for Failure Analysis Request） • Responsible for customer communication and support for customer impact and mitigation （to minimize field exposure） for quality related topics • Management of customer escalation and communication strategy globally • Support on risk assessment and advisor on risk releases decision to Quality Department in HQ • Executes and /or triggers customer specific product quality documentation • Supports Product Change Notice （PCN） Process execution • Coordinate and support Customer Audits and Visit requests |

【必須（MUST）】 • Semiconductor device or Process knowledge• Customer communication experience with engineering background or equivalent experience in the business • ネイティブレベルの日本語力（お客様対応ができるれベル） • ビジネスレベルの英語力（電話会議、メールのやりとり、対面コミュニケーション等、TOEIC700点以上） • パソコンの基本スキル（Excel、PowerPoint、Outlookなど） • 高いコミュニケーション能力 • お客様との直接対話の経験 • 半導体のクオリティマネジメントの経験 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Experience with applicable quality tools such as pareto, product performance management, FMEAs, SPC/SQC, statistical trend analysis, 8D problem solving• Ability travel to domestic locations up to 10％ and oversea countries 1 － 2 times per year • Experience working with global team • Attitude and desire to provide leadership and develop solutions for complex situations related to customer requirements or product performance • Customer experience |
