仕事内容 Join the Japanese finance team of a global IT giant as a Finance Manager supporting services business operations. You will lead monthly closings, cost forecasting, and financial analysis for post－sales services while partnering with business leadership to drive performance improvement and profitability.

世界的なITリーディングカンパニーの日本法人にて、サービス部門のファイナンスマネージャーを募集しています。月次決算、コスト予測、業績分析を主導し、営業責任者やCFOと連携しながら、パフォーマンス改善や収益性向上を推進いただきます。

– Monthly closing, service cost forecasting, and variance analysis
– Provide financial insight to the GM of Services and CFO for forecast reviews
– Support business review preparation with deep－dive analysis and improvement proposals
– Understand financial systems, internal controls, and workflows
– Lead mid－sized projects and financial modeling tasks
– Work cross－functionally with GTM, finance, and corporate teams to support performance tracking

– 月次決算処理、サービスコスト予測とギャップ分析
– サービス本部長およびCFOと連携し、月次予測レビューを主導
– 業績レビューの準備と改善提案を含む詳細な分析を提供
– 財務システム、内部統制、業務フローの深い理解
– 中規模プロジェクトのリードおよび財務モデルの構築
– GTM、経理、本社チームと連携し、パフォーマンス追跡をサポート
労働条件 – Location: Chiyoda Ku
– Work Style: Hybrid （3 onsite, 2 remote days per week）
– Working Hours: 9:00–17:45 （1－hour break 12:00–13:00）
– Holidays: Weekends, national holidays, year－end, anniversary and special holidays

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

– 8＋ years experience in finance, accounting, or FP＆A
– Bachelor's in finance/accounting
– Strong Microsoft Excel skills
– Business－level English and Japanese
– Team player with strong learning ability

– 財務・会計・FP＆A領域で8年以上の経験
– 会計・財務系学部卒（学士号）
– Excelスキル必須
– ビジネスレベルの英語・日本語力
– 学習意欲が高く、チームでの協働ができる方

【歓迎（WANT）】

– Experience using SAP or ERP systems
– Experience working in a global company
– Experience leading projects

– SAPやERPの利用経験
– 外資系企業での勤務経験
– プロジェクトリーダー経験
