Job Summary: The Financial Controller will oversee all financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reports, compliance with regulations, and the implementation of effective internal controls. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead a finance team. Key Responsibilities: ● Oversite of three other members of the local finance team. ● Looking after business and legal entities ● Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Cost Accounting. ● Support month－end and year－end close processes. ● Monthly preparation of management accounts by business division. ● Desk and individual quarterly bonus calculation ● Oversee the controls functions within the business. ● Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. ● Manage and comply with local and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. ● Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting. ● Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, development and support. ● Annual taxation returns in conjunction with external tax advisors. ● Compile various management information requests as and when required. ● Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and report variances. ● Liaise with other senior finance staff in other Asia Pacific offices （Singapore / Australia/ Korea / Hong Kong） on finance related issues. ● Responsible for the audit in conjunction with the external and internal auditors. ● Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. ● Research technical accounting issues for compliance. ● Responsible for the delivery and filing of statutory accounts. ● Cashflow projections |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ● Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, CPA or CMA preferred.● Proven working experience as a Financial Controller, with 8＋ years of combined accounting and finance experience. ● Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. ● Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance. ● Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite. ● Experience with creating financial statements and general ledger functions. ● Effective communication and leadership skills. ● Strong English written and verbal communication skills. 【歓迎（WANT）】 Preferred System experience:● Oracle Financials ● Hyperion Essbase ● Power BI / Insight /Alteryx ● Exemplary MS Excel ● MS Word and PowerPoint ● Adobe Acrobat Personal attributes: ● A team player that is highly motivated, self－starter, unafraid to ask questions. ● Strong analytical, problem－solving, and organizational skills. ● Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. ● Excellent analytical and numerical skills. ● High attention to detail and accuracy. ● Strong leadership and team management abilities. ● A good organizer with the ability to multi－task. ● Proactive and adaptable, able to work well under pressure. |
