Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. ・Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepares internal and external financial reports. ・Maintains or oversees the control of accounts and records in such areas as disbursements, expenses, tax payments and income. ・Compiles and analyzes financial information to record transactions, prepare reports, and review and verify accuracy. ・Prepares balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow statements, prepares and consolidates financial statements, and other accounting schedules and reports. ・Designs, modifies, installs, and/or maintains accounting systems to ensure an adequate recognition of financial transactions. ・Responsible for the adherence to and communication of accounting and auditing policies and procedures and internal controls. ・May be responsible for month end close. ・May be responsible for technical support and accounting of M＆A activities. ・May oversee technical accounting research for complex business transactions and implementation of new accounting standards. Main Responsibilities： ・売上（収益認識）関連経理業務（契約書レビュー、事業部からの問い合わせ対応、Revenue Recognition Training含む） ・リベート管理業務、返品・売上訂正申請の精査 ・内部・会社法監査対応 ・国内・海外を含めた関係者との経理・財務関係の各種プロジェクトへの参加 |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Knowledge/Education：・大学卒、簿記2級程度以上の経理知識 Job Experience： ・事業会社または会計事務所で3年以上の会計の業務経験の有る方 ・販売会計知識と業務経験が有る方 ・外資系企業経験にはこだわらない。日本企業での経理経験者も可 Competencies： ・会計を中心として新たなことも学ぶ姿勢と問題意識をもち業務改善や効率化につなげる姿勢 ・コンプライアンス意識と誠実さ ・品質志向・計画性（正確・確実に業務をこなせる方） ・チーム内および部署の関係者と連携する強調性 ・関係者とプロジェクト等を進めていくためのコミュニケーション能力・明晰な思考 Language Skills： ・海外の関係者とのプロジェクトで電話会議等の参加があるため、英語による十分なコミュニケーション能力があること Computer Skills: ・エクセルやアクセスなどでの大量のデータ処理がスムーズに出来る方 【歓迎（WANT）】 Computer Skills：・ERP（SAP等）の使用経験あればなお可 |
