－ Oversee the preparation and review of financial documents to ensure data integrity, compliance with internal standards, and timely reporting to relevant stakeholders － Guide the development of annual plans, rolling forecasts, and long－term outlooks, aligning financial goals with strategic business objectives across departments － Deliver actionable insights on financial performance, cost efficiency, and operational metrics, while identifying opportunities to improve profitability and control － Ensure that internal control mechanisms are effectively implemented and maintained, including facilitating audits, managing compliance issues, and driving improvements in risk mitigation － Build and lead a high－performing finance team while coordinating with other business units on digital transformation initiatives, system implementations, and process improvement projects |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Brings over a decade of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, ideally in a multinational or matrixed environment－ Well－versed in international and local accounting standards and tax practices, with strong command of Excel and modern reporting or consolidation tools － Demonstrates experience managing ERP implementations or integration projects, with a strong focus on streamlining workflows and leveraging automation － A strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a hands－on approach; comfortable communicating across functions and cultures in English, both written and spoken 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Holds a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; an advanced qualification （e.g., CPA or MBA） is advantageous |
