Bookkeeping: － Manage fixed assets, accounts payable, and payment runs. － Oversee accounts receivable and the collection process. － Handle bank postings, reconciliations, tax account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Period Closing: － Lead monthly and annual closing activities. － Post depreciation, accruals, deferrals, revaluations, write‑offs, and provisions. － Reconcile clearing and intercompany accounts. － Prepare statutory financial statements. Internal Controls ＆ Compliance: － Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies. － Support internal control reviews and promote consistent policy application. Process Improvement: － Enhance efficiency by streamlining workflows and leveraging available tools. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Holds a relevant accounting qualification－ Working experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience － Strong knowledge in Japan Tax legislation, local GAAP and IFRS － Strong SAP experience （FI, CO, COPA, BI required）; HFM knowledge is a plus. － A structured and well－organized individual － Result and performance oriented － Fluent English communication on speaking, writing and listening － Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers, cross functional teams and global technical teams － Self－motivated, self－directed, flexible and be able to work under pressure in a fast－paced team environment |
