Develop GTM strategies in regions for Japan TikTok commerce, educate the market to partners, creators, and end users for content commerce. 2. Organize and coordinate cross-departmental resources to define and support business growth campaign activities 3. Identifying key marketing channels and coordinating with XFN teams to drive partners' adoption and revenue growth 4. Help generate strategies and thought leadership for priority verticals and client planning. 5. Partner with the category team to develop partners' mass onboarding strategy for the Japanese market 6. Understand and develop campaign strategies that serve as a core lever towards the growth of the Japan TikTok commerce. 7. Organize and coordinate cross-departmental resources to define and support business growth campaign activities 8. Navigating through ambiguity, adapting to frequent changes, and influencing key stakeholders 9. Decomposing complex problems, devising new approaches, and creating scalable solutions |
| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 Minimum Qualifications:- Excellent project management skills and ownership, fast learner with a strong can-do attitude - Strong knowledge of the Japanese commerce landscape, partners' demands, digital evolution, and mobile transformation - Strong understanding of social commerce, content marketing, and influencers - Experience in completing the entire process of content creation from planning to execution — including writing, video editing, and production - Experience in independently developing a project from scratch, engaging stakeholders, and successfully bringing the project to completion - Fluent in Japanese and Business level in English; communication and collaboration skills working cross-functionally in a global working environment 【歓迎(WANT)】 Preferred Qualifications:- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in large commerce platforms, leading consulting or Internet companies - Self-starter with strong communication skills - Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change We are looking for both Junior(working experience less than 3 years) and Senior Bilingual (English and Japanese) candidates |
