Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, product launches, and lifecycle management while analyzing market trends and managing distributor operations. Drives sales growth through KOL engagement, promotional activities, cross－functional collaboration, and creation of sales and marketing materials. Responsibilities: ◇ Marketing Strategy ＆ Planning: Develop marketing strategies, annual operating plans （AOP）, and action plans to achieve sales targets while identifying growth opportunities and managing risks. ◇ Market Analysis ＆ Insights: Analyze market size, trends, and dynamics, leveraging global and regional research to inform sales and marketing decisions. ◇ Distributor ＆ Supply Management: Manage exclusive and non－exclusive distributors, coordinate inventory, order timing, and demand－supply alignment to prevent shortages. ◇ Product Launch ＆ Lifecycle Management: Lead product launches, lifecycle management, phase－outs, and resolution of quality issues, ensuring coordination with global business units and RA teams. ◇ Sales ＆ Marketing Enablement: Develop sales and marketing materials, train internal and distributor sales teams, plan exhibitions/seminars, and create promotional materials to boost brand equity and preference. ◇ KOL Engagement ＆ Market Expansion: Build relationships with KOLs, execute strategic KOL programs, support reimbursement processes, and explore new sales channels to expand market presence. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ◇ Education ＆ Experience: University degree in business/administration or equivalent experience, with 3＋ years in medical device marketing and preferably 3 years in medical sales.◇ Industry ＆ Clinical Knowledge: Familiarity with medical device industry and clinical practices is preferred. ◇ Skills: Some bilingual communication （English ＆ Japanese）, organizational, analytical, and computer skills with the ability to multitask effectively. |
