The Developer Productivity Specialist Global Black Belt (GBB) is a customer-facing role with a strong sales and technical background focused on modern software development tools and practices. As a GBB, you are regarded as a subject matter expert in Developer Productivity tools and practices and are a trusted advisor to software engineering and development leads within the enterprise customer segment. Customer engagements will require you to deliver technical thought leadership through ideation and architectural design sessions, technical workshops, pilots, and MVPs to advance the decision process and increase the pipeline and adoption of our Developer Tools portfolio across GitHub and related platforms, such as GitHub Enterprise Cloud, GitHub Copilot, GitHub Advanced Security, and Dev Box. This role sits in the Global Black Belt (GBB) organization, a team of highly specialized professionals within the Customer & Partner Solutions organization who work with customers to enable some of the most complex and innovative solutions, providing differentiated technical leadership and guidance along the way. 【必須（MUST）】 高度なテクニカルプリセールスおよびコンサルティングリーダーシップ：10年以上にわたり、複雑なテクニカルプリセールス、コンサルティング、またはソリューションアーキテクチャの案件をリードした経験を有し、先進的な技術コンセプトをエンタープライズ顧客の戦略的ビジネス成果へと結びつける実績を持つ方。 エキスパートレベルのDevOpsスキル： 7年以上にわたり、Azure DevOps、GitHub、GitLab、Atlassianなどの先進的なツールチェーンを活用し、アジャイル、CI/CD、自動化、品質管理、セキュリティを含むDevOpsプラクティスを大規模組織で設計・実装した深い専門知識を有する方。GitHub CopilotなどAIペアプログラミングツールへの深い理解も求められます。 先進的なDevSecOpsおよびShift-Leftセキュリティリーダーシップ： 5年以上にわたり、GitHub Advanced Security、SonarQube、Fortify、Defender for Cloudなどのツールを活用し、ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルの初期段階からセキュリティを組み込むDevSecOpsおよびShift-Leftセキュリティ施策を推進した実績。 戦略的なクラウドアプリケーション開発経験： Azure上での複雑なクラウドネイティブアプリケーションの設計・構築・デプロイにおける豊富な実務経験を持ち、GitHub Enterprise CloudやAzure DevOpsを活用した大規模なクラウド変革をリードした経験。 エグゼクティブレベルの顧客対応およびソリューションセールス： グローバルエンタープライズを対象に、経営層との折衝や技術的課題の解決、開発生産性ソリューションの導入推進など、重要な顧客案件をリードした実績を有する方。 |
