・Lead Yield Improvement Initiatives: Drive strategies for yield improvement through advanced data analytics. ・Manage Data Analytics Team: Functionally manage and mentor a team of data experts and analysts. ・Develop Innovative Methodologies: Create and implement new analytical methodologies to provide actionable insights into foundry yield performance. ・Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, IT, and operations to ensure analytics solutions support production outcomes. ・Act as a Team Leader: Serve as the yield team leader for all Renesas foundries, ensuring consistent strategy and execution. ・Vendor Management: Collaborate with industrial yield platform suppliers to optimize data analytics tools and platforms. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・10+ years of experience in semiconductor foundry yield improvement, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.・Proven experience in developing and deploying analytics solutions that drive yield improvement in an NPI and manufacturing environment. ・Foundry process and yield enhancement experience and familiar with foundry yield improvement methodologies. ・Strong track record of managing and leading global and cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. ・Strong knowledge of semiconductor foundry manufacturing processes and yield analysis methodologies. ・Expertise in data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, JMP, Exensio ) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R). 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and their application in manufacturing yield improvement.・Deep understanding of foundry process (advanced logic FinFet and BCD) |
