Join a hyper－growth global FinTech innovator as a core member of the APAC Finance team based in Tokyo. This is a hands－on and strategic role focused on financial controls, IFRS and J－GAAP reporting, external audit coordination, and finance transformation across multiple APAC entities. You'll work closely with global teams and play a pivotal part in strengthening internal financial governance and processes. – Own the monthly/annual close process for legal entities in APAC – Act as lead liaison for external audits and coordinate audit deliverables – Drive finance transformation and process optimization initiatives – Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP （Japan） – Support implementation of global technical accounting standards – Identify process gaps and improve internal controls and documentation – Participate in special projects and ad hoc financial analysis – APAC地域の複数法人における月次・年次決算業務の主導 – 外部監査対応の窓口として、監査資料準備と調整業務 – 財務プロセスの最適化およびグローバルな変革プロジェクトへの参画 – IFRSおよび日本基準での財務諸表の作成と報告 – 国際会計基準の導入におけるグループ技術会計チームとの連携 – 内部統制の強化と業務プロセス改善 – その他、特命プロジェクトや分析業務への参加 |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field– CPA or international equivalent （ACCA, ACA, CIMA, etc.） – 5–7 years of relevant experience including transformation initiatives – Hands－on experience in Financial Control / External Audit / Financial Close – Proficiency in IFRS and Japanese GAAP – Business－level English （verbal and written） – Advanced Excel skills – 会計・財務・経済等の学士号 – CPAなどの会計士資格（ACCA、ACA、CIMA含む） – 財務管理・外部監査・決算業務などに関する5〜7年の実務経験 – IFRSおよび日本基準での財務諸表作成経験 – ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き・会話） – Excel上級者 【歓迎（WANT）】 – Experience in Financial Services or FinTech industry– Familiarity with finance transformation tools or ERP systems – Comfortable working in global teams and fast－paced environments – 金融サービスやフィンテック業界での経験 – 財務変革プロジェクト・ERP使用経験 – グローバルチーム・スピード感のある環境での業務経験 – Hands－on, detail－oriented, and accountable – Proactive communicator with strong problem－solving skills – Agile mindset with ability to juggle multiple deadlines – Collaborative team player in a multicultural setting – 実務に積極的に携わり、責任感のある方 – コミュニケーション能力と課題解決力の高い方 – スピード感を持ち、マルチタスクに対応できる方 – 多国籍チームとの協働が得意な方 |
