＜コンサルタントの声＞ ■変革期への貢献 今後は新しい製品の販売プランがあるなど、前向きな変化が生じていく見通しのある企業です。安定感よりも、変革期を支えるようなやりがいのある貢献を志す方は是非ご応募ください。 ■戦略的知見とハンズオンスキルの融合 主には中長期的な視点での経営層への戦略的提言や、部門横断的な改善のドライブなどが求められる一方、経理財務チーム内においてはハンズオンでの業務対応が必要となる場面もございます。どちらのスキル活用も両立されたい方におすすめです。 ■熱心なチームメンバー チームメンバーの多くは同社で5年以上の経験があり、真摯に業務に取り組むメンバーですので、一丸となっての就業がしやすい環境です。 ＜業務内容詳細＞ － Develop and oversee annual budgets and drive strategic initiatives through analysis and recommendations. － Coordinate and improve financial programs/systems: budgeting, tax, real estate, and asset management. － Manage AP/AR, reimbursements, credit control, and bank relations to optimize cash flow and working capital. － Lead budgeting, project accounting, financial analysis, and monthly/quarterly/annual closings under IFRS ＆ JGAAP. － Ensure audit readiness and transparency in reporting. － Supervise corporate and consumption tax compliance and audits. － Provide strategic tax advice to minimize liabilities and support business goals. － Establish and monitor policies/systems for approvals, ledger maintenance, and data integrity to manage finance/audit risks. － Analyze cash flow, costs, and reports to identify weaknesses, develop contingencies, and uphold Audit Committee guidelines. － Oversee claims, annual returns, and lease management for insurance. － Preserve assets via FX hedging and risk mitigation. － Ensure compliance with statutory reporting, IFRS, Group policies, and legal requirements. － Coordinate group financial statements, special analyses, and reports. － Represent the Japan entity in regional/global forums and ensure regulatory/governance compliance. － Facilitate cross－functional coordination and manage external communications. － Act as spokesperson and liaison with banking, financial, investment, and legal stakeholders. － Serve as governance liaison to rating agencies. － Supervise IT operations and align technology initiatives with business objectives. － Ensure cost－effective implementation and support of enterprise systems. － Manage, motivate, and develop team members. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese and English－ Senior－level experience in finance or as a Finance Business Partner, with proven success in cash－flow management, controlling, and executing fiscal strategies － Up－to－date expertise in Japanese laws, statutes, and tax regulations, with demonstrated capability to ensure compliance and fulfill reporting obligations － Strong commercial acumen combined with a strategic, analytical mindset for effective decision－making － Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and deep familiarity with enterprise IT systems and applications |
