Seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead the commercial strategy for our market－leading portfolio of infusion treatment products and systems designed to protect healthcare workers from hazardous drug exposure. Responsibilities: － Lead the launch of a new product to help the business grow faster. － Manage and support the marketing team to help them meet their goals. － Work closely with the sales team to help them put marketing plans into action. － Create yearly and long－term marketing plans with the Marketing Director. － Help product managers with all parts of marketing their products. － Work with marketing teams from around the world on shared plans. － Manage the marketing budget and predict future product sales. － Build relationships with important industry experts to promote our products. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 5 years of marketing experience in the healthcare industry.－ 3 years of experience leading, coaching, and developing a team. － Proven record of successfully launching new products from start to finish. － Skilled at strategic planning, solving problems, and managing a budget. － Great communicator in both Japanese ＆ English who works well with other teams, especially sales. |
