Work as a Japan－based Electrical Engineer supporting Tier 1/2 clients （Toyota, Honda, Nissan） with onsite hardware design and development. You’ll be responsible for full－cycle hardware engineering, from circuit design to testing and debugging, while collaborating closely with the China－based R＆D center. – Design and develop electrical hardware: schematics, PCB layout, component selection – Evaluate and coordinate overall electrical hardware architecture – Conduct debugging and functional verification （using oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.） – Prepare and maintain technical documents: wiring diagrams, BOMs, control diagrams – Troubleshoot mass production quality issues and provide technical support – Support manufacturing process and fixture development – Provide customer site support and handle issue resolution – Additional tasks assigned by management – 回路設計・PCB設計・部品選定などの電子ハードウェア開発 – 全体ハードウェアアーキテクチャの評価・統括支援 – デバッグや機能検証（オシロスコープ、マルチメータなどの使用） – 工程図面、配線図、BOM、制御図など技術資料の作成 – 製品量産における品質問題対応および技術支援 – 工装治具の設計と製造プロセスの支援 – 顧客現場での不具合対応・技術サポート – その他、上長からの指示業務 |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 – Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or related field– Fluent Japanese （work－level） ＋ proficiency in English or Chinese – Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuits and component selection – Experience using EDA tools for schematic/PCB design – Familiarity with MCU/embedded systems and C programming – Hands－on debugging with oscilloscope, signal generators, etc. – 電気・制御・自動化関連の学士以上 – 日本語：ビジネスレベル必須（英語または中国語も必須） – アナログ・デジタル回路、部品選定の知識 – EDAソフトでの回路設計・PCB設計経験 – マイコン/組込開発、C言語経験 – 計測器を使用したデバッグ・問題解決経験 【歓迎（WANT）】 – Experience in the automotive industry– Experience supporting Japanese OEMs – Familiarity with production issues and mass manufacturing – Culturally agile, good at cross－border team collaboration – 自動車業界経験 – 日本OEM対応経験 – 生産技術や量産立上げ経験 – 跨国チームでの協働スキル – Proactive and self－driven – Team player with strong communication and documentation skills – Able to handle ambiguity and adapt to client needs flexibly – 積極的に業務をリードできる方 – チームプレイヤーで、報連相やドキュメンテーションが丁寧な方 – 顧客ニーズに柔軟に対応し、曖昧さを楽しめる方 |
