<業務内容詳細＞
－ Streamline logistics processes for sales items and SPM, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely delivery by collaborating with Business Divisions and 3PL partners.
－ Lead a team of 3 direct reports and 3－4 agency staff, conducting performance reviews and fostering skill development.
－ Oversee 3PL service providers, monitor KPIs, and optimize logistics costs while improving service levels.
－ Re－engineer warehouse operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
－ Manage and optimize logistics budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
－ Drive key projects, including ERP upgrades and global initiatives, ensuring successful implementation.
応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

－ At least 5 years of experience in logistics within multinational consumer goods
－ Strong proficiency in software tools （Excel, Word, PowerPoint） and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
－ Demonstrated project management experience and a background in warehouse operations with 3PL partners （preferred）.
－ Native－level Japanese and business－level English proficiency.
－ Proven leadership and team management abilities.
－ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
－ Strong analytical and problem－solving capabilities.
－ Ability to thrive in fast－paced, dynamic environments.
－ Business acumen and strategic thinking expertise.
