仕事内容 The core function of this role is to support our PR and marketing activities by promoting its brand and products in the Japan market through various channels. Such activities include, but are not limited to, building media relations, organizing marketing events, conducting market research, and creating PR and presentation materials. This position requires a high level of commitment to relationship building and strong teamwork with sales, our management, and external stakeholders.   

【ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES】
◾️PR Related
・Develop communications strategy to elevate our market position and reputation in both traditional and digital media.
・Drive the global PR and media strategy in Japan, offering additional support to APAC and global teams when necessary.
・Build relationships and manage interviews with media companies.
・Maintain and execute media risk management when necessary.
・Manage message consistency across all channels while providing advice on market positioning.
・Develop collaboration with local and global partners for maximum impact of all corporate communications activities.
・Liaise with senior executives in Japan, ensuring they are well-trained and prepared for participation in all external opportunities.
・Develop communication strategy, talking points, and preparation materials to support speaking engagements.
・Educate media, press, bloggers, and other influential parties about our offerings.
・Ideate innovative ways to amplify media results across all external channels, including leadership profiling.
・Safeguard brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all external communications.

◾️Marketing Related
・Interact regularly with internal stakeholders, sales, and management teams to identify and determine marketing needs.
・Develop promotional materials (online, offline, and social media) for us.
・Articulate value propositions of our products and services while clearly differentiating product offerings from competitor offerings.
・Support development of all marketing collateral, including working with third-party agencies, self-developed materials, and advertising.
・Develop marketing activities ranging from in-person events to digital marketing.
・Maintain content on all corporate and website platforms.
・Coordinate promotion of trade shows, corporate events, and carrier events from pre-event planning through onsite execution and post-event follow-up.
労働条件 Salary:Flexible up to skill set, experience, and current earnings    

Location:東京都港区    
 
Remote work:Basicaly work at office but remote work is allowed up to case


【Working hours】
9:15 am- 17:30 pm
Flexible worktime will be permitted to Managers or above position

【Salary increase & bonus】
Annual salary planning is taken place based on each performance review
Annual bonus payment will be eligible for all employee except Sales, who are eligible for sales incentive plan
Target bonus/Sales incentive are varied according to job level

【Allowances】
Commutation allowance

【Holidays】
Saturday, Sunday and National Holiday
Paid holidays: 10 days are accrued for the first year, and 20 days will be added per year from 2nd year, those paid holidays will be effective for two years from each grant
Yearend New year holidays: Dec 29- Jan 3
Maternity/Paternity are designated by law
‐Other special leave: Sick, Child care, Nursing care, Marriage, Bereavement, Transfer, Citizen Judge

年収は査定により決定。
年次ボーナスはセールスインセンティブを受け取る営業職以外に支給。
ボーナスおよびセールスインセンティブは職務レベルにより変動。

【必須(MUST)】

◾️SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
・Fluent English and advanced Japanese communication skills are required to effectively convey corporate offerings and value propositions in a clear manner through verbal and written communication.
・Project management skills are essential for leading PR and marketing events (exhibitions and media interviews) and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
・Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) are required for building and formatting presentation materials and other customer-facing corporate literature.
・Ability to write and craft promotional copy for PR and marketing materials.
・Budget management skills to track and project costs against pre-approved budgets.
・Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with openness to new ideas and procedures.
・Ability to perform well under pressure with a proactive approach to the ever-changing, fast-paced IT industry.

◾️EXPERIENCE
・Managing third-party partners and agencies to ensure completion of assigned projects on time and within budget.
・Developing corporate procedures, policies, and business practices to achieve expected results.
・Managing budget spend with external agencies while ensuring value for money and return on investment.
・Measuring results, ensuring the right impact for the business, and adapting strategy where needed.

◾️Education
・Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university and a minimum of 6 years of work experience in B2B marketing is essential. In lieu of a BA/BS degree, candidates must have 8 or more years of related experience.

・Managing communication with local communities and neighborhood councils
・Experience in the IT industry is preferred.
