This position, reporting to our CISO, will handle local cybersecurity operations in Japan. The role will involve managing relationships with our employees, including communi－cation with global stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement. This is a position where you can play an active role globally through supporting and implementing various security measures of group companies in the Asia－Pacific region. Responsibilities Continuous operation － Preparation and deployment of Cybersecurity policy documents － Creation and implementation of security awareness training content （creation of training videos, content translation, newsletter creation, distribution, etc.） ・Security incident response ・Implementation of security risk assessments ・Cybersecurity Risk Register Management Preparation of periodic Cybersecurity KPI reports Policy Exception Management ・Threats Management Support for ISMS activities － ISO27001 Internal audit support （support for the audited team, schedule coordination, docu－ment preparation, coordination with auditor personnel, response to issues pointed out and im－provement actions, etc.） － ISO27001 External （BSI） audits （application to global teams and auditing organizations, schedul－ing arrangements, document preparation, audit attendance, response to issues pointed out and improvement actions, etc.） － Implementation of user training for ISMS certification and progress management of attendance － Support for process construction （change management, cybersecurity risk management, infor－mation asset management） － Operational support for the ISMS Promotion Committee （holding meetings, preparing meeting materials, etc.） － Management review, preparation and implementation of various meetings, follow－up － Information asset registration management （periodic review of registered contents, risk analysis, formulation and implementation of improvement actions） ・Other: Progress management of security－related projects |

【必須（MUST）】 ◆ Mandatory requirements－ Practical experience in ISMS （ISO27001） operation ◆ Requirements ・Language: Japanese － native level, English － read/write Those who hold any of the following: Practical experience in global governance in the field of information security Experience in operating either an Information Security Management System （ISMS） or a Personal Information Protection Management System （PMS） ISO27001, general knowledge of standards and laws related to information security and personal information protection, such as the PrivacyMark system and the EU General Data Protection Regu－lation （GDPR） 【歓迎（WANT）】 ◆ Preferred Skills ＆ Experience－ Experience in implementing Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, BI tool － Work experience in Third party Cyber security risk assessment － Practical experience in responding to vulnerabilities and threat alerts using Threats Intelligence － Security professional qualifications （CISSP, CCSP, CISA, CISM, ISO27001 Lead Audior, etc.） |
