仕事内容 Join a next－generation mobility venture developing robotic systems for real－world applications within a smart city environment. You will work hands－on with multi－platform robots to build software systems that support navigation, calibration, SLAM, and machine learning－based control. This is not a research lab — you will contribute directly to functioning systems tested in real homes.

English:
– Integrate and maintain codebase across diverse robotic platforms
– Develop core robotics software （navigation, control, calibration, etc.）
– Write high－quality C＋＋ and Python code; participate in code reviews
– Propose and develop new robotics features and applications
– Collaborate with global teams across Japan and North America

労働条件 – Competitive salary （based on experience）

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

– MS in Robotics, CS, or related field, or equivalent work experience
– 5＋ years of robotics product experience
– C＋＋ or Python development, CI tools, code reviews
– ROS1 or ROS2 experience
– Knowledge of SLAM, motion planning, control, or ML （CV, RL, IL）
– Strong English communication

– ロボティクス、コンピュータサイエンス関連の修士または同等の実務経験
– 実製品レベルでのロボティクス開発5年以上
– C＋＋ または Pythonでの開発経験、CIツールやコードレビュー経験
– ROS1 / ROS2経験
– SLAM、モーションプランニング、制御、機械学習に関する知識
– 英語での業務遂行力（読み書き・会話）

【歓迎（WANT）】

– PhD or academic publication record
– Open source contributions
– Experience with Mujoco, Unity, Drake, Blender
– Mechanical design or CAD skills

– 博士号保持者、学会発表実績
– OSSプロジェクトへの貢献経験
– Mujoco、Unity、Drake、Blenderなどの使用経験
– メカ設計・CAD経験歓迎
