Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement

Gather and analyze customer feedback
Organize customer events and webinars
Create and share customer success stories
Marketing Campaigns

Develop campaigns tailored to customer needs
Evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements
Customer Insights

Segment and target customer groups
Conduct and analyze customer satisfaction surveys
Cross－Functional Collaboration

Lead customer engagement projects
Recommend product enhancements based on customer feedback
Qualifications
Required Experience

Experience in customer marketing or customer success strategy
Background in marketing research
Strong analytical skills （quantitative and qualitative）
Preferred Experience

Marketing experience in SaaS or B2B industries
Familiarity with customer relationship management
Experience working in cross－functional, multinational teams
